I’m currently training to run my first half marathon, so I found this video to be pretty interesting. I won’t be contributing to any ground-breaking research so here’s the video.

Nike will release two consumer versions of the Vaporfly Elite this June. The more expensive of the two, the Zoom Vaporfly 4% ($250, pictured here), features the same ultralight ZoomX midsole foam and carbon fiber plate technologies as the customized shoes Tadese, Desisa, and Kipchoge will wear in their world-record attempt in May.

The Zoom Fly, pictured here, is slightly heavier than the Vaporfly 4%. It features a similar embedded-plate construction, but incorporates Nike’s conventional Lunarlon foam. At $150, it’s the less expensive of the two Vaporfly-Elite inspired designs the company will release this June.
